I'm not sure if this method is unreliable, or I just entered the first code wrong that time. However, a second time I tried this didn't work. Once I was successful by entering a code, exiting twice to return to the root test menu, then going back into Game Test Mode -> Game Configuration and entering the next code, repeating until all four codes were entered, then exiting test mode completely and promptly rebooting while still on the NAOMI screen.
